Join us to stop this rushed SCOTUS nomination now. Our health care, reproductive care, voting rights, and our lives are on the line. The courts should be a place where our safety and rights are protected, but the appointment of Amy Coney Barrett by President Trump puts all of that at risk.
We believe it must be the next president who nominates Justice Ginsburg’s successor — after the people have spoken. Election season is happening right now, and votes are already being cast for who will nominate the new Supreme Court Justice. Unfortunately, many of our Senators are already working against their own constituents, and trying to push through a nomination before they even pass a COVID-19 relief bill. We need to tell Sen. Ernst and Sen. Grassley to stand up for what’s right!
